The "Lüttjeod" apartment villa underwent extensive renovations a few years ago and now offers the perfect place for your next holiday. The building is located directly across from the train station and impresses with its high-quality amenities and furnishings. There is also a café on the ground floor.

Apartment 11 measures 38 m² and consists of a large living/dining and sleeping area with a kitchenette and a bathroom. It is therefore perfect for 1–2 people.

This studio apartment stands out especially for its large, floor-to-ceiling windows—which make it very bright, give it a more spacious feel, and offer a beautiful view of the greenery. In the centre of the room is a large, comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm). You can easily store your luggage for your holiday in a large closet. A TV and a Bluetooth speaker provide entertainment. The dining table and armchair round out the apartment’s furnishings.

The entryway features a fully equipped kitchenette with a 2-burner induction stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle.

Next to the main room is the bathroom. It is equipped with a large shower, a toilet, a hair dryer, and a heated towel rack. Underfloor heating provides additional cosy warmth after your shower.

The large windows open wide enough that you can enjoy cosy evenings or mornings with fresh sea air, even without a balcony. For those who prefer a dark room at night, there are curtains on all the windows.

The building has a laundry room where a shared washing machine and dryer are available for use.
