Adorable townhouse with plenty of room for the entire family or groups of friends. Balcony off of the living room has peekaboo views of the ocean and a perfect place for morning coffee.

This three bedroom and two bath condo accommodates up to 6 people comfortably, One bedroom is on the main upper level that can also be a seperate kids room fully equipped with a pull out sofa and a television for entertaining. The two bedrooms on the bottom entrance level offers a cozy king bed and in the other, a cozy queen bed.

Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals right from home. Enjoy your meals in the dining area or on the balcony for ocean air dining.

The shared pool will keep you refreshed during the hot summer days for sure. With an outdoor seating area that is very resort-like. You can cross the street and step to the beach access #31 and have your toes in the sand in just a few minutes.

This property was amazing! Our host was wonderful with communication and making sure we had all information to check in and out as well as making sure we were happy and there were no issues once we arrived. . It was very clean and comfortable and the listing is accurate so there we no surprises. The beach access is awesome and we sat up under the pier which was nice. There was almost a 20 degrees difference under there with a constant breeze vs sitting under an umbrella. The Surfside restaurant that is maybe 100 feet away has awesome food. We will definitely book here again when we return to Fernandina!!!
