About this property

S. Sebastião - Juréia North Coast - House with 4 bedrooms - heated pool and air conditioning

I rent a beach house in Juréia with 4 bedrooms (2 suites) for the season. A TRIP THAT CAN'T GO WRONG EVEN IF THE WEATHER IS COLD. I HAVE A TRUSTWORTHY EMPLOYEE (TO BE AGREED UPON).

Two-story house with 250m² of built area, located on the main avenue, 300 metres from the beach and 30 metres from the condominium's security gate.

It has accommodation for 12 people.

It has Wi-Fi, a heated pool (MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE) with hydromassage and waterfall, air conditioning in the bedrooms and ceiling fans in the other areas, a fireplace, barbecue, and more. A trip you can't go wrong with, especially since the pool is heated.

The house was renovated in 2021.

The place is fantastic for those who want nature and safety.

A country house on the beach.

The commercial area is 1500 metres away (Barra do Una) and the nightlife scene is 5 km away (Juquey).

There are 3 great beaches nearby to visit: Praia do Engenho (450 metres), Praia da Juréia (300 metres) and Bora Bora beach (450 metres) from the house.

Bora Bora beach is spectacular for seniors and children.

Lugar maravilhoso

Recomendo.
