Apartment 3 very close to the Europapark and the Black Forest

A warm welcome to our spacious and comfortable Apartment No. 3!<br><br>This apartment is the largest in our portfolio and can accommodate up to 10 people. As soon as you enter this apartment on the ground floor of our main building, you’ll be greeted by a stylish and cosy interior. On the left, you’ll find the first bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a nightstand, and a spacious closet. Next, you’ll come to the next two bedrooms, one of which is accessible through the other. Both bedrooms are equipped with the same amenities as the first bedroom. The back room also features a cot.<br><br>The path continues through a spacious hallway with a mirror and a coat rack. On the right, you’ll find a large, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, a washing machine, and a dryer, which you’re welcome to use. Next, you’ll enter the spacious living room, which is furnished with a comfortable sleeper sofa, a large TV, and a dining table. Here, you can spend time together and relax.<br><br>Adjacent to it is the fully equipped kitchen, which has everything you could possibly need. Here you’ll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals: an oven, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, cutlery, pans, pots, glasses, a Senseo pod coffee machine, a kettle, and the most essential spices. The large dining table seats up to six people.<br><br>At the far end of the apartment, you’ll find the spacious and sunny balcony with a table and chairs. Overlooking our quiet courtyard, you can enjoy the sun here undisturbed and escape the hustle and bustle of the city. <br><br>We’ve made every effort to provide our guests with a stay in spotless and cosy accommodation.
