Appartement 04 - Villa San Remo

Our Apartment 4 was partially renovated during the winter of 2024–25. Formerly a granny flat with a separate entrance—accessible via the outdoor staircase next to the garage—this approximately 71-square-meter apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay for up to 4 people. The built-in kitchenette is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.
At the large dining table, you can enjoy meals together in good company and then relax comfortably on the new, cozy sofa. The sofa can be quickly converted into a sleeping area for the fourth guest.

On cooler days, the renovated fireplace provides cozy warmth while you make yourself comfortable and enjoy an exciting movie on the internet-enabled flat-screen TV. From the living room, you can step out onto your private south-facing terrace, where you can greet the morning in the sunshine or wind down your vacation day outdoors.
The apartment features two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a new box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), while Bedroom 2 features a single bed (90 x 200 cm). Each room has a closet offering ample storage space for your clothes.

Two bathrooms with natural light provide additional comfort. Bathroom 1 is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, sink, heated towel rack, hair dryer, and a cosmetic mirror, while Bathroom 2 features a shower, toilet, sink, heated towel rack, and a hair dryer.

Wi-Fi and a parking space are, of course, included in the price. For our youngest guests up to and including 2 years of age, we are happy to provide a high chair and/or a crib free of charge upon request.
In this apartment, a maximum of 2 pets are allowed for a fee.

From the very first day of your vacation, the cozy and modern furnishings of the house will ensure your relaxation. In Germany’s sunniest region, we offer 12 flexibly bookable and renovated apartments for 2 to 4 people. We’ve also got you covered for getting around: parking spaces right at the building and lockable bicycle storage are available free of charge.

Apartments 1, 2, and 3 were tastefully modernized in 2022, and apartments 5 through 12 were modernized in 2025. Apartment 4 underwent a partial renovation in 2025.

In apartments 1–5, 7, and 8, a maximum of 2 pets are allowed for a fee. The dog beach is located just 800 meters away toward Bansin.

Experience the healthy seaside climate, stroll along the lively beach promenade or through beautiful nature reserves, and enjoy the unique seaside resort architecture of the Kaiserbad. Visit the Heringsdorf pier, which is within walking distance, and the Usedom Baltic Sea Spa is also just a few kilometers away.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
