The holiday home is located by the sea in picturesque Oostkapelle. The seaside resort of Domburg, three kilometres away, and Middelburg—the capital of Zeeland, ten kilometres away—offer a wide selection of restaurants and plenty of opportunities for strolling and shopping.<br>The detached holiday home is comfortably furnished and features a spacious living-dining area with a total area of 45 square metres. The large windows—some of which extend floor-to-ceiling—with an integrated sliding door leading to the south-facing terrace extend all the way to the open gable in the living area, creating the feeling of being outdoors, especially when the sliding door is open. At the same time, the large windows flood the living and dining rooms with plenty of light and, on sunny days, fill the rooms with brilliant sunshine, quickly putting guests in a holiday mood. The covered south-facing terrace also offers the opportunity to enjoy the fresh air even when the weather is less than ideal. The well-maintained garden, adjacent to the terrace, is perfect for relaxing and barbecuing. The detached house has a living area of 110 square metres, surrounded by a spacious and well-maintained garden. All living areas are on the ground floor. The garage and storage room are located on the property and are also accessible from the garden. Two additional parking spaces in front of the garage are also available.<br>The house has three bedrooms with a total of six sleeping spots. Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and vanities. One of the two bedrooms also has a television. The third bedroom has two single beds and a flat-screen TV. <br>In addition to the bathroom with a shower and toilet, there is a separate guest bathroom. <br>The kitchen is separate from the living area and has an exterior door leading to the driveway, so guests can easily bring their luggage or groceries into the house. The modern, white built-in kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, gas stove with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, and a fridge-freezer combo.<br>The beach and the village are each about a 20-minute walk away. With its wide beaches, dunes, the Oranjezon nature reserve, the Manteling, and the cosy village centre with a diverse selection of shops and restaurants, Oostkapelle is a beautiful seaside resort that is particularly popular with families with children.
