Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please roll the trash bins to the curb to be emptied on Sunday night.
Make sure all 4 remotes are accounted for: 2 upstairs (cable + TV) and 2 downstairs (cable + TV).
Take all outdoor pool cushions inside and pile them in the outdoor shed, and put the outdoor dining cushions back inside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The Village of Sag Harbor regulates noise beyond property lines and establishes a 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. nighttime period of quiet hours.
Guests are required to comply with the Village of Sag Harbor Code, which prohibits disruptive noise that disturbs residents.
Fines for a noise violation are upwards of $1000 and will be submitted to VRBO for hosts reimbursement at the bookers expense.

Our names are Stuart & Kristen, we live in Brooklyn full-time, both work in Manhattan, and we have a 2 year old son. This is our first home purchase, and we hope that you enjoy the house, Sag Harbor, and the surrounding area as much as we do!

We have spent several summers renting out here, and have provided a local guide following the house manual with some of our favorite spots.

This house is located within walking distance to Sag Harbor village, the most charming town in the Hamptons! This property in unique for its complete privacy, large backyard, saltwater pool, year round hot tub, built-in BBQ, and multiple outdoor dining areas. The home is also well equipped for families with young children. There are 2 travel cribs, a retractable baby gate on the stairs, a baby monitor, high chair, booster seat, children's pool and beach gear, and a child pool safety fence available for installation upon request.
