Beautiful and efficient home. All modern amenities. The homeowners were availableand very helpful. We were 8 adults and 5 children and had plenty of room. There is a lovely private beach within walking distance. My family travels together 2 times a year, and this was voted the best trip! I highly recommend this home.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Fantastic layout for a large group of friends, plenty of space inside and out. Pictures don’t do the place justice. Hosts were incredibly communicative and accommodating. 10/10!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Well-situated walking distance (or veryyyy short drive) to serene private beach. It’s hard to imagine a more perfect beach setup. House comes with chairs and umbrellas which is clutch. Long walk (25 mins) or short drive (4-5 mins) to town. House is dated but well functioning and kitchen is stocked. Pool and grill are lovely. We enjoyed the dining room for family dinners and the porch for lazy afternoons on the rocking chairs. We had a small issue with the A/C upon arrival and the host called HVAC company to come the day day to fix it. I was very pleased with the communication and willingness to solve the issue right away. Overall great stay, would definitely return. If this house was 10 minutes closer to town by foot then it would be absolutely perfect.

We stayed with a family of 10 people. The house had lots of room however it needed a lot of updating and deep cleaning. It had a lot of fake flowers and vases and plants which produced a lot of dust. The pool did not get good sun and it was hard to sit around it with all the trees and bushes. For the cost I do not think I would rec it.

The house is perfectly located close to town and near the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook. Beds were so comfortable and beach towels/chairs provided The pool was wonderful as well clean and very peaceful sitting on the lounges. The house has so much charm and was just perfect for our family get away.

Great stay!

We had such a great stay with our family. This area of Sag Harbor is so wonderful and the beach down the road is the cutest for our little ones. The location is perfect and so short into downtown Sag but easy to get to East Hampton.

The house is conveniently located near downtown Sag Harbor- beds were comfortable and clean. All amenities in kitchen were nice. We enjoyed gathering in the big family room at the end of the day.Owners are very nice folks and very easy to communicate with- highly recommend!

Friends and Family Getaway

We were a large group of families with kids of different ages- the house was great for us because there was plenty of space in the common rooms for everyone to hang out and town is less than a mile walk. We spent lots of time in the pool and eating on the patio which was also great!

A wonderful home!

Stayed with a larger group of adults for a long weekend. Wonderful property with plenty of space. The location was perfect! Such a quick ride into town and extremely easy check in and out process. Mark was very responsive as well. Definitely would recommend!

Perfect place in Sag Harbor

We absolutely loved our time here. Such a fantastic home - plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our large group. The house had a well-equipped kitchen, a beautiful pool, and great communal spaces. Having local beach access was ideal. Would recommend this property to any groups coming to Sag Harbor.
