$450 refundable security deposit, or

$45 non-refundable damage waiver

The Damage Protection Program covers accidental damages up to $450.

Coverage does not include:

Smoke remediation

Lost key fobs

Lost parking tags

Lost garage openers

Replacement cost for lost access items is $200 per item.

Undergo a background screening when required

All guests must complete a rental usage agreement before receiving check-in instructions.

Verification must be completed:

Within 24 hours of booking

Within 1 hour for same-day reservations

Reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be canceled.

Building amenities are owned and managed by building management and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, repairs, inspections, or other circumstances outside our control.

While we are happy to report concerns on your behalf, availability of amenities cannot be guaranteed and no refunds are provided for amenity closures.



🔧 Maintenance Access Disclosure

On rare occasions, maintenance personnel may require access to the unit during your stay for essential repairs or building-related services. Cooperation is appreciated, as scheduling is controlled by third-party vendors and building management.

Refusing required access may result in a $100 rescheduling charge.
