Chalet 'Civico 5' with Mountain View, Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

The lodging at "no. 5" has access from the stone pavement that runs through Sagna Rotonda, in front of the porch of the old wood-burning oven of the ancient hamlet. The undisputed charm of this small apartment is definitely its cozy personality. Its open fireplace visually characterizes the living area and warms it with the enveloping warmth typical of wood. The accommodation has a modern full kitchen, equipped with an electric cooktop, refrigerator, sink and dishes. The living area leads to the south-facing balcony with views of the peaks of the Marmora valley, Col Intersile, La Bianca, Rocca la Meja and the dense larch forest.

The characteristic staircase leads to the wooden loft that houses the sleeping area that can sleep up to 3, equipped with a comfortable double bed and a single bed. A comfortable bathroom with hot water and shower completes the accommodation.
