The "Opal" holiday rental is located on the second floor of a newly built holiday home on Winterstrasse. The building has an lift. The apartment offers approximately 52 square metres of space and can accommodate up to three people. The beach is only about 350 metres away, and restaurants and shops are within walking distance. <br><br>The apartment features a well-equipped kitchenette and a living room decorated in natural colours. Cable TV and a second TV in the bedroom are available for entertainment. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room, providing an additional sleeping option. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. A highlight is the south-facing balcony. A washing machine and dryer are located in the building and are available for shared use (coin-operated), which is particularly convenient for longer stays. Behind the building, residents have access to a lockable bike storage room. You’re welcome to bring your four-legged friend along, as the holiday rental warmly welcomes dogs. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed (height no higher than knee-level). The dog park is located near the ferry terminal (no leash required).
