Hey! We’re so glad you’re here! We invite you to unwind in our high-quality holiday rental, “Torbogenhuus No. 7”!

Located right next to the dunes on the beautiful Nordstrand, this newly renovated holiday rental is on the 1st floor of a historic, character-filled arched-entrance house.

Modern furnishings meet a cosy atmosphere in this 75-square-meter space. Numerous skylights and an unusual triangular window ensure maximum natural light. The built-in gas fireplace, in particular, invites you to spend the evening in a wingback chair with a book and a wool blanket after a long walk on the beach. Of course, thanks to the spacious corner leather sofa and large smart TV, nothing stands in the way of film nights via TV, Netflix, and other streaming services. With Wi-Fi, you can also enjoy fast internet around the clock.

We offer plenty of sleeping arrangements: A large bedroom with a double bed and its own smart TV (Netflix and similar services available), a bedroom with two movable single beds, and a multifunctional sleeper sofa with a fully integrated double bed frame promise restful nights. There’s easily enough room here for six adults. Of course, plenty of blankets, pillows, and fresh linens are provided.

Do you have children? Family-friendliness is important to us! That’s why, in addition to a stair gate and a step stool, we’ve also provided a high chair that can be easily converted into a children’s chair and table at any time.

The highlight of the spacious bathroom with a window—in addition to the built-in floor heating found throughout the entire apartment—is the shower’s waterfall feature. A private washing machine and dryer are also available for your use. We provide at least two towels for each guest.

Do you enjoy cooking? No problem! The fully equipped kitchen has all the amenities you could wish for. In addition to a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and microwave, there’s also a four-burner stove and an oven. And since no one should really have to do dishes on holiday, let the dishwasher take care of that for you.

The apartment’s location is also a major plus: in addition to being right on the beach, “Bäckerei Bethke” is just a 250-meter walk away. It’s just as close to “Kurts Fahrradshop,” where you can rent bicycles, e-bikes, and more for your day trips. Speaking of which: We highly recommend a bike tour through the nature reserve in the western part of the island, which you can reach directly from the apartment. Or would you rather head into the city? Then you can either walk there in 15–20 minutes or take the bus from the “Rheinstraße/Birkenweg” (130 m) or “Nordhelmstraße” (250 m) stops.

The best is saved for last: In just 2 minutes, you can walk from the apartment’s private garden to the fine sandy beach. You can’t get much closer to the beach than this!

If you’re not in the mood for the beach or would like to wind down the evening outdoors, a separate terrace complete with seating is available exclusively for you as our holiday guests. The apartment also features a small balcony, in case you just want to step outside for some fresh air.
