The "StrandGut" holiday rental is located in the "Jürgens" building. The building was constructed in the seaside resort architectural style and is situated on Benekestraße. The apartment is on the mezzanine level and can accommodate up to three people. The North Beach is just a few minutes’ walk away (approx. 300 m). Numerous restaurants, cafés, and other shops are also within walking distance.

The apartment has been furnished in a modern and bright style, with an emphasis on natural colours. It features a bedroom with a double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room, which can accommodate a third person or provide a separate sleeping area. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a towel warmer. In the “Jürgens” building, a washing machine and dryer (shared use; coin-operated) are available. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard. Dogs are not allowed in this apartment.
