The "Mette und Marit" holiday rental is located on Luisenstraße, right next to the "Milchbar." The apartment is on the mezzanine level and can accommodate up to four people. The entire apartment was completely refurbished and modernised in the summer of 2015.

The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a fold-out double bed. The separate kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, a microwave, and an oven. The bathroom has an exterior window and is equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a sink. The apartment includes a porch located in front of the main entrance. There is space here for bicycles and a cruiser bike. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
