Sehr schöne Wohnung in super Lage. Wir kommen wieder.

Lage: Das Wohnhaus liegt direkt gegenüber vom Busbahnhof, von dem man absolut gar nichts hört. Die Fenster des Schlafzimmers sowie Wohnzimmers sind zum Hof raus, sodass es immer ruhig war und man super schlafen konnte. Mit dem Bus Nr. 2 kann man innerhalb von 6 Minuten vom Hafen direkt bis zum Busbahnhof für 2,50 Euro fahren. Von der Wohnung aus läuft man entlang der Jann-Berghaus-Straße an vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in die Ortschaft, hat es nicht weit bis zur Meierei. Sie liegt strategisch eigentlich optimal für Spaziergänge. Ausstattung: Das Bett ist super bequem. Es ist alles in der Küche vorhanden, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Induktionskochfeld, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine etc. funktionieren einwandfrei. Das Geschirr ist sehr stilvoll und auch reichlich vorhanden, sodass man nicht ständig die Spülmaschine bemühen muss. Kontra: Wir mussten uns für die letzten zwei Tage noch Toilettenpapier holen, da nur eine Rolle in der Wohnung lag. Dafür wollte ich jetzt niemanden kommen lassen, also habe ich das selber gemacht. Eine zweite Rolle wäre gut. Wir haben die Sauna gebucht. Dies gilt dann immer für ein Zeitfenster von 3 Stunden, das man sich aussuchen kann. Leider war die angekündigte Dampfsauna nicht in Betrieb, darauf habe ich mich gefreut. Und den Whirlpool, der in der Beschreibung steht, konnte ich nicht finden. Die Heizungen in den Räumen waren aus, sodass keine schöne Atmosphäre herrschte und es roch unangenehm nach Schwefel/Ei. Würde ich nicht wieder buchen.

Leider entsprach nicht alles der Leistungsbeschreibubg 1) war unsere Ankunft nicht bekannt 2) waren beide Fahrräder nicht in Ordnung (Licht defekt, Kette blockierte nach ein paar Tagen) Das kann passieren, aber die Reklamationsbearbeitung war dann doch unschön. Wir wurden gebeten, die Räder selber zur Werkstatt zu bringen. Dort war keine Kostenübernahme hinterlegt etc 3) wurde die Wohnung begangen zwecks einer Wasserprobe. Die war angekündigt aber zu einer späteren Uhrzeit. Dass sich früher Zugang beschafft wurde ist nicht in Ordnung 3) hatten wir 2x 1 Woche gebucht. Wir hätten uns gefreut, die Endreinigunh erstattet zu bekommen 4) haben wir uns über die Bewertung nach der 1. Woche gewundert ? Wir waren ja noch da und hatten die Räder beanstandet. Aber dafür 1 Stern und für Sauberkeit 3 Sterne ist sehr verwunderlich! Sonst schöne Wohnung mit ein paar Abnutzungsspuren und top Lage
