The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. The beach is only about 85 metres away. The island’s centre, with its numerous restaurants, cafés, and other shopping options, is also just a few minutes’ walk away.

The apartment has been furnished with a focus on timeless elegance and high-quality furnishings. The bathroom was completely renovated at the end of 2022 and now features a modern shower and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped. A highlight is the balcony with a direct view of the sea. Another plus of the apartment is the assigned parking space at the building. The parking permit is issued upon payment of a deposit at the service desk (Norderney Room Service). A washing machine and dryer are located in the building and are available for shared use with coin-operated machines, which is particularly advantageous for longer stays. Dogs are not permitted in this apartment.
