This 4-bedroom, 3-bath waterfront pool home comes with everything you need for a true Florida getaway: a private pool & hot tub, a boat dock, and a resort-style covered patio with a gourmet outdoor kitchen. Paddleboard or kayak to the nearby islands, cool off in the pool, or stroll to the white-sand beaches.

A waterfront pool home with a separate mother-in-law suite, designed for relaxing and entertaining. Spread out across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with comfortable beds for up to 8 guests and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen indoors.

Subject to monthly stays (first to last of the month, no mid-month bookings). No booking for less than a month or 30 days will be accepted.
No smoking, no pets, no parties, no events, and maximum occupancy of 8 guests. All guests must be declared. Subject to a $200 fee per day booked.
Any violation of the house rules will result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund and removal of all guests from the property.
