Welcome to Bimini Bay Royale Retreat, a beautifully renovated single-story, canal-front home in the exclusive, quiet Key Royale neighborhood of Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island. Ideally situated towards the end of the canal, the home offers incredible open-water views toward Bimini Bay, with a private dock and boat lift just steps away from the back door. Completely renovated and newly furnished, this spacious “open-floor-plan” 4-bedroom 3.5 bath home features two king suites, all-new appliances and furnishings, and a private heated pool and spa. Spend your mornings enjoying the water views, afternoons by the pool and evenings dining and grilling outdoors or enjoy any of our fabulous resultants for lunch or dinner on the island. A large covered waterfront gazebo with Adirondack chairs provides the perfect shady spot to relax and enjoy island life. Beautiful beaches, dining, shopping, kayaking and all that Anna Maria Island has to offer are nearby, Key Royale is also home to the island’s only golf course, a picturesque 9-hole walking course at the private Key Royale Club. The home is privately managed by the owners and available exclusively for 30-DAY MINIMUM stays, November through March. Discounts are available for multi-month stays.
