Marmara Place 1801 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Manhattan’s desirable Kips Bay neighborhood. Located on Park Avenue, this fully furnished residence combines modern comfort with the convenience of city living. Oversized windows, hardwood floors, and contemporary finishes create a bright and welcoming space, ideal for extended stays, business travelers, and families.



The open living and dining area provides ample space to relax, work, or gather, while the island kitchen is equipped with premium appliances, a wine cooler, Nespresso machine, and everything needed for meals at home. Two well-appointed bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations, while marble bathrooms and an in-unit washer and dryer add convenience to everyday living.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

A $500 security hold is required upon arrival for stays of 30 nights or longer.
