Our stylish "Ostseebeere" holiday rental is located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance via a spacious balcony. Our guests are welcome to use the approximately 500-square-meter garden, which will soon be fenced in, as well as a trampoline for the kids. There is ample parking on the property, including a space for trucks. The house was built in the 1930s and has been gradually renovated since 2014. The holiday rental itself was expanded from 2020 to 2021 and tastefully furnished for our guests. Welcome to your temporary holiday home. With its spacious 110 square metres, the “Ostseebeere” holiday rental accommodates up to 6 adults and features three bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160x200), another room with two single beds (90x200) and a sleeper sofa (100x200). The third bedroom features a high-quality sofa bed (100x200). The beautiful living room features an open kitchen and a cosy sofa. It also includes a flat-screen smart TV with Netflix access (via your own password). The spacious bathroom, which includes a shower and bathtub, also has a washing machine. Feel free to bring a travel cot for your child—there’s plenty of space for it. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The holiday rental is located not far from the Peene River (approx. 3 km). Here you can fish, swim, go boating, and experience unspoiled nature. In the small towns of Gützkow, Loitz, and Demmin, there are canoe rental stations, or you can take a tour of the Peene River by passenger boat or raft. The beautiful Hanseatic city of Greifswald is about a 10-minute drive away or, by bike (bike path available or under construction), about 30 to 40 minutes away. Bicycles are available upon request. Swimming is possible at the Eldena beach (a 20-minute drive) or further along the Greifswald Bodden, where the beaches range from secluded to bustling. The islands of Usedom and Rügen are just as easily accessible for a day trip as the Mecklenburg Lake District (30 to 60 minutes by car). Thanks to its central location, the holiday rental is also well-suited for technicians or as company housing.
