The best of both worlds, living downtown in the Cedars neighborhood, but no horns, sirens or traffic heard....just birds chirping in the 150 year old tree's surrounding the home. 1 Mile direct shot to the World Cup Dallas HQ and venue, 15 mile direct shot to the World Cup venue in Arlington and 30 minute direct shot to the Frisco Venue. Train station available to all locations with stop 1 block from the residence.
