The living room converts into a bedroom in no time at all thanks to the fold-down beds. The apartment features laminate flooring.

The front desk and lifts are located on the ground floor.
Bed linens and towels are not included but can be booked for an additional fee. Free parking is available at the building, as is the heated, approximately 70-square-meter swimming pool on the ground floor. The swimming pool is a complimentary amenity of the holiday rental and is not a guaranteed feature. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. You can obtain laundry tokens at the front desk.

The property is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the town centre.

From the building, you can reach the town centre and the beach within a 5- to 8-minute walk, so you won’t need your car.

A special feature is certainly our on-site swimming pool, use of which is already included in the price for many of the apartments. This means you can go swimming even when the tide is low. From many of the apartments, you’ll also always have a view of the sea.
