Right next door, the lovingly furnished dining area invites you to enjoy meals together, while the practical kitchenette has everything you need for worry-free self-catering.

In the cosy bedroom, two comfortable single beds await you, ensuring restful nights.

A public car park reserved for the block is available to you, and there are also additional parking options for your vehicle along the street.

High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You’ll need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed, 1 large shower towel, 1 small hand towel, and—for each holiday rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked)—1 shower mat (per bathroom) and 2 tea towels.

The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest fee is collected and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travellers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
