Beautiful single-family house "Villa Sonja". Outside the resort, 1 km from the centre of Buje, in a sunny position, 12 km from the sea. Private: property 500 m2, garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, table tennis, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 800 m, pebble beach 12 km, rocky beach 12 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, walking paths from the house 200 m, cycle lane 250 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Organizing a party is not allowed.

Die Vermieter sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist neu und sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet es so alle Zimmer verfügen über TV und Klimaanlage. Der Poolbereich ist sehr großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet! Ich war sehr begeistert von den gesamten Ferienhaus
