Fantastic, relaxing stay

Pros: The house is in a wonderfully peaceful rural location, while still being perfectly placed for exploring this beautiful part of Sardinia. There are so many incredible beaches to choose from within around 20 minutes, and we loved coming back to the garden and pool to relax after a day out exploring. The house itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Maria was fantastic with communication both before and during our visit, and was incredibly kind in allowing us to check in early and check out late to fit around our flight times. We had a brilliant stay and would happily return. We would definitely recommend the house to anyone looking for a peaceful base from which to explore the beautiful coastline of northern Sardinia

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Garten. Genau so wie beschrieben. Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, man findet alles was man braucht. Vermieterin sehr nett und zuvorkommend, macht alles möglich was irgendwie geht.Garten ist nicht einsehbar, was wir sehr mochten.Die abgelegene Lage des Hauses war so wie wir uns es gewünscht hatten. Wichtig ist nur, dass man ein Auto hat.Wir wollen das Haus nochmal mieten, war für uns perfekt.Kurz mit dem Auto an den Strand oder zur Costa Paradiso ein Eis essen.110% Empfehlung.

Wunderschönes Haus, allerbestens eingerichtet

Pros: Super Kommunikation mit Maria Grazia und total flexibel, wir konnten später rein und sehr späten Check Out machen :-). Es ist ganz toll eingerichtet und auch ausgestattet, hatten wir noch nie bei einer Ferienwohnung, fehlt wirklich an nichts! Sehr ruhige Lage, richtig schön mitten im Nirgendwo und ganz toll gepflegter Garten mit Pool :-). Wir haben uns mit unserer 3jährigen Tochter total wohl gefühlt und auch die Ecke hinten im Haus war gut geeignet damit meine Frau (leider) arbeiten konnte. Cons: Die Lage ist schon abgelegen, ohne Auto geht es nicht und man kann nirgendwo zu Fuß hin. Gerade abends und nachts gibt es ab und zu ein paar Hunde aus der Umgebung die kläffen und etwas die Ruhe stören.

Die Lage ist schon etwas abseits. Uns gerade das guten gefallen.

Pros: Das Haus war sehr schön entsprach ziemlich genau den Angaben im Internet. Die Gastgeberin unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Durch unseren Mietwagen waren wir sehr flexibel. Der nächste super schöne Strand war 10 Autominuten entfernt. Alles zusammen ein tolles Erlebnis.

Schöne Haus mit Pool in ruhiger Lage.

Pros: Das Haus ist in schöner Lage abseits von der Hauptstraße gelegen. Die Einrichtung bietet alles was man sich wünschen kann, inklusive schönem Außenbereich mit Pool und grossem steinernen Tisch zum Essen und gemütliche Abende verbringen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Gasherd, Ofen. Kapselkaffeemaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden, es stehen aber auch Moccakocher bereit. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer mit grossem gemütlichen Doppelbett zusätzlich gibt es im Wohnzimmer noch eine Couch. Es gibt auch eine Leseecke mit Sofa und Büchern zum entspannen. WLAN(über LTE) ist ebenfalls vorhanden und hat super funktioniert. Das Haus liegt Abseits der Hauptstraße zugänglich über eine holprige Straße aber ist gut zu Finden und kein Problem zu fahren. Die Besitzer waren super freundlich, jederzeit zu erreichen und haben uns immer sofort geholfen. Selbst als nach einem Stromausfall der Kühlschrank defekt war, würde einen Tag später direkt ein neuer geliefert und angeschlossen. TOP! Cons: Dadurch dass das Haus abseits liegt, ist man auf das Auto dringend angewiesen. Selbst kleine Einkäufe müssen mit dem Auto erledigt werden. Die nächsten "größeren" Einkäufsläden sind mindestens 20-30 Minuten Fahrt entfernt, wenn man sich das aber einigermaßen gut einplant, ist das locker zu machen. Auch zum Strand muss man fahren zum Glück sind die nächsten Strände nur ca. 10-15 Minuten entfernt. Die schönen Städte in der Nähe und die wunderschönen Strände machen das aber allemal Wert! Auch wenn die Lage ruhig ist, gibt is in der Nähe einen Hundezwinger, daher gibt es öfter Mal einiges an Hundegebelle, vor allem wenn es was zu Fressen gibt, irgendwann ist man daran aber ohne Probleme gewohnt.

Der Garten ist wunderbar, bietet schattige Sitzgelegenheiten und ist größer, als er auf den Fotos wirkt. Direkt am Haus beginnt ein Forstweg in die Macchia, der schöne Gassirunden ermöglicht. Wir waren im August dort und haben aufgrund der etwas abgeschiedenen Lage nichts von den Touristenströmen mitbekommen. Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung sind zahlreich, auch hübsche, nicht überlaufene Strände findet man. La Pavoncella hat sehr gut zu unseren Urlaubsvorstellungen gepasst.
