The “Dünengöre” is a modern one-room apartment that captivates with its fresh charm and understated elegance. Located right next to Westerland’s expansive, fine-sand beach, it offers the ideal setting for a relaxing getaway for two.

The apartment features light-colored laminate flooring and is furnished in a timeless, modern style that harmoniously combines lightness and comfort.
The comfortable bed is covered in high-quality bouclé fabric and, measuring 160 x 200 cm, offers a pleasant sleeping experience. Two comfortable modular armchairs create a cosy seating area—perfect for relaxing with a book or a glass of wine after a walk on the beach.

A large smart TV provides entertainment, and Wi-Fi is available; the separate kitchenette in the entryway is fully equipped with an oven and a 4-burner stove—ideal for preparing light meals.
The shower room rounds out the overall experience.

The location is as attractive as it is practical: the beach, the Sylter Welle, the city centre, and numerous cafés, restaurants, and boutiques are all within a few minutes’ walk. Paid parking spaces are located directly in front of the building, and bicycle storage is available in the courtyard. An lift is available.

In accordance with the fire safety regulations of the North Frisia district, an emergency staircase/‑scaffolding was installed in 2025 on the eastern facades of the
buildings 1, 3, and 7 on Andreas Dirks Street. This scaffolding is intended solely for your safety in the event of a fire.
No construction work will be carried out on this scaffolding. Therefore, there may only be a minor obstruction of the view from some apartments.
