A 60-square-meter holiday home and a 1,000-square-meter natural garden with panoramic views await you. The house features hardwood floors and a pellet stove, creating a cosy atmosphere. In the bedroom, you’ll sleep in a box-spring bed with a Smart TV (Amazon Prime Video). The living area is furnished with a leather couch and a seating set, and a selection of current books is also available. Outside, there’s a large sunroom that can also be used as a patio in the summer, as well as a vine-covered arbor with a seating set. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: vinegar, oil, spices, a fully automatic coffee machine with beans, dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, a toaster, an egg cooker, a smoothie maker, and much more.
The house is located on the edge of the forest; the setting is close to nature, quiet, and offers pleasant privacy. Nevertheless, you can reach the village in just a few minutes on foot, where you’ll find a small supermarket, restaurants, and wineries. By car, you can reach the larger town of Landau in 10 minutes and Edenkoben in 5 minutes. Thanks to its location near the Palatinate Forest, you can set out on a hike or bike ride right from here.
The entire property is at your exclusive disposal; here you can enjoy the sun and have a barbecue—there’s a charcoal grill and an electric grill.
In the sunroom and under the vine arbor, you’ll be surrounded by nature, where you can watch bees, squirrels, and butterflies while enjoying a bottle of Palatinate wine (feel free to visit our wine bar, which offers wines and Secco from the Schreiner Winery in Edesheim). You’ll also have a panoramic view of the entire Rhine Valley, which is especially mesmerising at night when the lights sparkle alongside the stars.
