This beautiful holiday home for 1–5 people is a cosy, freestanding outbuilding on a 1,800-square-meter lot. It is entirely at ground level and was completely renovated in 2018. Enjoy a relaxing holiday in a modern, 82 m² holiday home that meets the highest standards for a comfortable stay and ensures you’ll want for nothing. The living space is divided into two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) flanked on both sides by nightstands with reading lamps, as well as a single bed (1.20 cm x 200 cm) for maximum comfort. In front of the double bed is a spacious wardrobe with mirrored doors, offering ample storage space for your luggage. The heart of the apartment is the 25 m² living and sleeping area with an integrated kitchen and a comfortable dining area. After a day trip, you can relax on the pull-out couch while the flat-screen TV with satellite TV, DVD player, and TV USB port provides entertainment. A crackling fire in the wood-burning stove ensures cosy warmth and a particularly inviting atmosphere, even during the cold season. When extended, the sofa offers a comfortable sleeping area for two people, measuring 194 cm x 235 cm. The open kitchen allows you to prepare a wide variety of meals thanks to a four-burner hob, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and numerous small appliances, ranging from a toaster and a microwave to a coffee maker. For shared meals, take a seat in the spacious dining area on five comfortable swing chairs. The bathroom features a shower stall, a sink with a toilet and a towel warmer, as well as a bathroom window. Enjoy the very comfortable underfloor heating in the holiday apartment, which ensures pleasant temperatures even during the cold season. The crackling fireplace also adds a romantic touch and can be used for heating as well.

Just relax and enjoy yourself on your furnished garden terrace (which is approximately 17 m² in size). You can also unwind on the sun deck in the garden (free sun loungers are provided) or use the barbecue area for family barbecues. A small sandpit with digging toys, a kiddie pool, and a trampoline are available for our younger guests. Outside, there’s a fenced-in area where our four-legged friends can run freely and feel right at home. Bicycle storage is available on the property. A free parking space is available for every guest; for safety reasons, electric cars are not permitted to park on our property.
