• Dear Guests,

The holiday home is a brick building constructed in 1959 with 110 m² of living space.
The modernization and renovation work was completed in 2021.

Enjoy the healthy air of Western Pomerania and the unique, unspoiled nature with its many forests, meadows, and fields, as well as the fine sandy beaches along the Szczecin Lagoon.

Your holiday home, equipped with Wi-Fi, warmly welcomes you.

The living and dining areas are located on the ground floor.
· 27 m² living room with a sofa set, satellite TV, and a reading nook.
· Separate kitchen with a dishwasher, built-in stove (oven, glass-ceramic cooktop),
fridge-freezer combo, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and DAB radio.
· Dining room with a dining table and chairs for 6 people; a high chair can be provided.
· Bathroom with sink, shower, bathtub, toilet, and washing machine.

The sleeping area is located in the attic.
· 1 bedroom with double beds (a cot can be provided).
· 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (which can also be pushed together).
· 1 bedroom (walk-through room) with a sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m).
· 1 separate toilet/sink

The bedrooms are equipped with fly screens.

Outdoor Facilities
· Approx. 700 m² fenced-in property
· Terrace, patio furniture, grill
· Use of the garden
· Parking space on the property
· Bicycle storage

Pets are not allowed.
Non-smoking home

Included in the rental price are: bed linens, towels (no beach towels), tea towels, Wi-Fi, a cot, and a high chair.
Costs for water, electricity, and gas (heating) are billed based on usage.
We charge €80.00 for final cleaning.
