Ferienhaus mit Charme ist vielleicht nicht ganz passend. Eher Ferienhaus mit Potenzial. Leider ist doch schon ganz schön abgelebt. Und Schimmel im Bad geht leider gar nicht. Was echt super ist die Lage. Es sind nur wenige Minuten bis zum Hafen und auch zum Strand ist es nicht weit.

Kein Urlaubsfeeling

Der erste Eindruck war sehr schlecht.Unterkunft war dreckig.Mussten erst einmal Fußboden,Wände und Dreckecken sauber machen.Überall Spinnnetze.Der Müllcontainer war auch die ganze Zeit voll und stank natürlich auch. Es müsste unbedingt der ganze Bungalow renoviert werden.Das ist noch einiges aus DDR Zeiten wie Fenster,Fenterbretter ect.Das Bad war ok.Aber in den Ecken war Schimmel. Da wird mit sehr wenig Aufwand viel Geld verdient. Das nächste mal müssen wir leider noch mehr Geld ausgeben.Hoffentlich finden wir dann ein besseres Haus. Also nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub - Seenplatte

Ich hatte meinen Partner mit einem Kurzurlaub beschenkt. Alles rundum das süße Ferienhäuschen lief problemlos und einfach. Sehr gut war dementsprechend auch die Kommunikation und Organisation. Das Team Rasokat war sehr zuvorkommend. So konnten wir einen ganz entspannten und sorglosen Kurzurlaub genießen - vielen Dank dafür! Die Gegend ist ebenso sehr empfehlenswert. Direkt fußläufig erreicht haben wir einen tollen Badestrand, den kleinen Hafen und mind. eein tolles Restaurant. Mit dem Fahrrad kamen wir am nicht ganz so Badewetter-mäßigen Samstag nach Malchow. Dort ist etwas größer/ "städtischer" und auch sehr schön. Wenn man es nicht eilig hat ( ;-) ), lohnt es sich dort durchaus, die Drehbrücke in Aktion und die passierenden Boote zu beobachten. Es gibt in Malchow außerdem Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Busanbindung (dort sind wir auch angekommen & abgefahren), viele Restaurants sowie Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten großen Spaß im Affenwald mit Sommerrodelbahn :-) . 5 / 5 Sterne und dicke Weiterempfehlung. Wir überlegen, selbst wiederzukommen. Machen Sie weiter so, Herr Rasokat!

Schöner Urlaub

Es war eine kleine Unterkunft, welche für 3 Personen völlig ausreichend war. Beim Thema Sauberkeit konnte ich nur 2 Sterne vergeben, da etwas mit dem Reinigungsservice schief gelaufen war. Herr Rasokat hat aber super zuvorkommend auf das Thema reagiert. Vielen Dank Fam. Müller

gemütliches Häuschen in schöner Umgebung

Das Häuschen ist sehr gemütlich und wir haben viele Abendstunden auf der Terasse verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist relativ einfach, aber abgesehen von einem kleinen Topf hat es uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben die Küche ausgiebig genutzt. Ich habe übersehen das es kein W-LAN gibt aber dafür ist man ja auch nicht im Urlaub. Ein Hinweis noch an Urlauber ohne Auto: "richtige" Supermärkte (Malchow/Waren) sind recht weit entfernt, es gibt einen kleinen Laden am Markt in Göhren-Lebbin. (2km)

Wir kommen wieder

Der Bungalow bietet einen sichtgeschützten Aussenbereich mit allem was dazu gehört. Grill, Markise und bequemen Rattanmöbel. Auch der Wintergarten ist ein Hingucker, aber bei 30 Grad wurde er von uns nicht genutzt. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Wunderschöne Gegend.

Schöne ruhige Lage

Das Haus liegt nah am Fleesensee und man hat seine Ruhe. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist einfach gehalten, aber völlig ausreichend. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Kleines Häuschen in bester Lage

Das Häuschen liegt nah am Wasser in einem heimeligen Garten, in dem man sich unbeobachtet fühlen kann. Von hier aus kann man die Gegend erkunden. Wander- und Radwege führen unmittelbar vorbei. Im kleinen Wintergarten kann man auch bei Regen gemütlich lesen.

Erholung pur!

Wir haben wundervolle Tage am Fleesensee verbracht. Ein niedliches, gemütliches, süßes Häuschen nicht weit vom See. Hübsch eingerichtet haben wir uns super wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Erwartung enttäuscht - nicht empfehlenswert

Objekt sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Vieles erneuerungs-, modernisierungsbedürftig. Kontakt mit Vermieter ok und freundlich, aber einige Investitionen (Fenster, Eingangstür, Fliegengitter, Gartentisch, Beleuchtung im Bad, ...) dringendst erforderlich.

Wir kamen in ein sehr renovierungsbedürftiges Ferienhaus. Lieblos zusammengewürfeltes Inventar. Kein Stückchen Stoff im Haus. Es wurde vorher nichts gesagt. Keine Bettwäsche, keine Tischdecke, keine Handtücher, keine Abtrockentücher.Das Inlett vom Bettüberzug im Schrank zusammengemurkelt. Wir mussten alles neu einkaufen, konnten es auch nicht waschen und mussten in den , nach Chemie riechenden Bettbezügen schlafen. Auf der Web Seite war alles viel schöner und ordentlicher dargestellt. Was funktioniert hat, waren Dusche und Fenseher.

Gute Lage / schlechtes Gesamtbild

Hallo, ich will mal mit dem positiven beginnen. Das Schlafzimmer ist soweit i.O. Die Matratze und Schränke sind gut. Im Wohnzimmer kann man die Schlafcouchnoch als gut bezeichnen, im Bad die Dusche. Das Haus macht einen sehr unaufgeräumten Eindruck. Der "Wintergarten"gleicht einem Abstellraum. Der Wohnraum ist lieblos eingerichtet. In der Ecke stapelt sich die Stereoanlage. Die Küche, alles da aber es herrscht in Flohmarkt-Flair. An einem Hängeschrank fehlen die Türen, das Schränkchen mit dem Geschirr, sieht aus als wolle es einfallen. Insgesamt muss man auch die Reinigung des Ferienhauses kritisieren. Beispielhaft befand sich im Bad noch Schmutz unter der Heizung. Im Backofen war der Rost noch voller Fett. Abschließend kann man sagen, dass auch das Grundstück nicht sehr einladend war. Die Platten vor dem Haus müssten mal neu gemacht werden, Unkraut eingeschlossen. Der Schuppen und Weg sind mit Pflanzen bedeckt. Viele Türen sind verzogen. Preis / Leistung stimmen nicht.

Die Lage des Hauses ist gut, Matratze und Dusche auch. Ansonsten wird an allen Ecken gespart. Der Spiegelschrank im Bad ist nicht als Lichtquelle nutzbar, also nur Dämmerlicht möglich. In der Küche steht das Geschirr auf einem wackeligen schiefen Gestell. Zwischen Kühlschrank und Spüle fehlt der Bodenbelag. Dreckiger und schmieriger Belag. Ekelig. Nicht mal eine Mikrowelle gibt es, auch kein Wlan. Alles in allem ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ganz und gar daneben.
