In this newly renovated, light-filled, and modern
holiday rental—designed with the latest technology—you’ll enjoy
a comfortable atmosphere. Here, you can spend relaxing days.
The holiday rental features a spacious living/dining area and
a separate bathroom. In the two bedrooms, you’ll sleep in comfortable beds
(180 x 200 cm & 160 x 200 cm). A travel cot can be set up
.
The modern and inviting bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower
and a toilet.
You can prepare your meals on the outdoor grill
or in the spacious and fully equipped kitchenette, which features
a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stove/oven, pod coffee maker,
a kettle, and a microwave. Afterwards, you can enjoy your meal in the open living area
or outdoors.
You can relax on the spacious, partially covered
south-facing terrace on comfortable patio furniture or on the sun loungers in your own
and enclosed garden area with an unobstructed view of the natural landscape.
Of course, satellite TV (3 channels) and free Wi-Fi
are available. You can also use the parking spaces and a bike storage room with
lockable bike racks, charging stations for e-bikes, and a small DIY repair corner
free of charge.

The swimming beach at Sedlitzer Lake is approximately 250 m from your accommodation. Camping and parking spots are available upon request.
Here, you’ll spend your holiday on a four-sided farmstead with historic architecture and enjoy unobstructed views of the Lusatian countryside with its forests, meadows, and fields.

Smoking is not permitted in any of the units.
You can relax wonderfully on the respective south-facing terraces, some of which are covered and equipped with beautiful patio furniture and a grill (not in the Tiny Houses). Sun loungers are available for you in the respective garden areas.

You can also book the YANNIC and FLORIS Tiny Houses on short notice and for just one night. Showers and bathrooms for these stays are located in the shared
bathroom area (approx. 20 m away), and you can prepare your own food in the small shared kitchen (microwave only).

Pets are welcome in the 'LEA' bungalow, the 'FLORIS' Tiny House, and the TIMO holiday apartment, and you’re welcome to add them to your booking.
Molly, a young, very friendly mixed-breed dog (who roams freely), lives on the property and is very well-socialized.
If you have any issues with dogs, Molly can be kept away from the guest area.
