Arberflimmern Vacation Apartment (35 m²)

Our lovingly renovated and artistically designed holiday rental, with 35 m² of living space, can accommodate 2 people—a travel cot for a toddler is also available upon request. The cosy living-sleeping area, featuring a dining nook by the window, a sofa with a view, and a comfortable double bed, not only offers a beautiful view but also includes a bookshelf, a flat-screen TV, and various games. In the small, fully equipped kitchen—complete with two hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a kettle—you can prepare more than just breakfast. You can also park for free right in front of the Rißbachtal house. You’ll also have access to a small bathroom with a window, shower, toilet, and sink. Thanks to the house’s unique hillside location, you can enjoy stunning sunsets from the terrace and at the dining table. However, you’ll need to climb two flights of stairs outside the house and then go back down inside, and in winter you’ll need good winter tyres if you’re travelling by car. Well-behaved dogs weighing up to 20 kg are welcome. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site. A cot (0–2 years) can be provided free of charge upon request. Please bring your own blanket and bedding for your child. One small dog (up to 20 kg) is permitted for a fee of 5 EUR per day, provided it is house-trained. Please bring your dog’s bed and food bowls with you. The visitor’s tax will be charged separately in cash on-site.(Children under 6 are exempt from the visitor’s tax; guests up to age 16 or those with a 100% disability rating pay 1.80 EUR per person per night; guests 16 and older pay 3.60 EUR per person per night.) The base price includes: an initial supply of towels and bed linens, parking, electricity, and heating. Additional linen changes (towels/bed linens) are available for a fee of 20 EUR. Quiet hours in the house are from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
