The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove used linens and towels and place in laundry room. Wet towels place in sink. Start a load if you are comfortable using the washer. Take out all trash to the trash can (lower parking pad).
Turn off all lights, ceiling fans & bath fans before you leave. Ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked. Just pull the front door tight when leaving. Do not lock it from the inside.
Load and run the dishwasher (if you used it) and put away any clean dishes. Hot Tub: Please turn off the jets, remove any personal items or debris, and securely replace the cover before you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Southport, NC is my hometown and my husband is from Green Bay, WI.
We meet in Southport when my husband was in the Navy at Camp Lejeune.
We always thought it would be great to have homes at the opposite ends of the state.
When our daughter and her family moved to Brevard with our only grandchild it was time.

Why they chose this property

We wanted unrestricted land so we could build what we wanted. I really didn't want to be that far away from a town but when I saw the view I was sold...
So we built an energy efficient home with solar, tesla power wall for back up when the power goes off. Triple pane windows, sliding doors, spray foam insulation and so much more.

What makes this property unique

The Sunset that we get to enjoy everyday that we are there is absolutely beautiful
