Welcome to your private Austin retreat! This spacious 4-bedroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort and relaxation. The main floor features a luxurious primary suite, fully equipped kitchen, inviting living room, and dedicated office. Upstairs, you`ll find 3 additional bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Step outside to enjoy the covered patio, BBQ grill, private pool, hot tub, and a large backyard with plenty of space for kids and families to play and unwind.

Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the home and on the premises.
A deep cleaning fee of $1,000 USD will apply if smoke odor or residue is detected.
🏊 Safety Notice – No Lifeguard On Duty
All swimming and water activities are at guests’ own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times in and around the pool and water areas.
SPA is not working at the moment.

Children are welcome, but must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult, especially near stairs, balconies, the pool, and any outdoor areas.

Beautiful home in an upscale neighborhood. Plenty of room for my family and the kids loved the pool. Host was communicative and the house is stocked with lots of small thoughtful details. Hope to stay again in the future
