Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Please rinse any used dishes and leave in the sink. We will wash them! Leave any food that you don’t want but be sure to put anything perishable in the refrigerator.
Close & latch all windows, leave the Climate Control set at 75°F, lock the sliding glass door and then the front door as you exit.
For safety, please ensure the propane tank for barbecue is shut off and the fire pit (if used) is cold.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not remove patio furniture from patio Do not remove any equipment from pool.
