Beautiful apartment with a nice view

My partner and i stayed there for two weeks with our dog. Olga and Patrick are very nice owners. L'Estartit is a sweet little town that meets all needs. There is access to the forest in the nature reserve, as well as to the sea with a beautiful, long beach. The apartment is very well located and has a beautiful terrace and is very well equipped. We felt very comfortable and spent two wonderful weeks there.

L'appartement n'est pas très grand, mais la terrasse est immense, avec une partie très ensoleillée pour bronzer et une partie à l'ombre de grands pins. Et la vue sur les iles Medes splendide.La station est calme et idéale pour se reposer ou faire de la plongée dans une zone protégée.Merci à Olga pour son accueil et ses conseils !

Prachtig gelegen vakantie huis

Fijne ontvangst door Olga, de aardige franse eigenaresse. Enige kennis van de franse taal is dus wel handig. Prachtig uitzicht met zon van 08.00 tot 14.00 en daarna vanaf 17.00 weer tot 19.00. Ideaal om dan te lunchen in het dorp of een siësta te houden Nieuwe matrassen en een nieuwe wasmachine. Omdat het huis in de berg is gebouwd voelt het soms wat klam / vochtig aan wat in de zomer waarschijnlijk prettig is. Er hangen kachels als het wat frisser mocht zijn. Het is werkelijk fijn zitten onder de pijnbomen met een magnifiek en fantastisch uitzicht op het dorp, de zee en het eiland met de vuurtoren. Het parkeren is niet heel eenvoudig (achteruit, steil schuin omlaag draaien) maar is te doen. Fijn dat je een eigen plek hebt. Om het huis te bereiken moet je even steil omhoog rijden/ wandelen vanuit het centrum van L' Estartit. Fijne locatie dus. Wij hebben genoten van deze plek en vinden het een echte aanrader.gebouwd voelt het enigszins klam aan.

Het huis was prima. Het terras wat verbluffend. Prachtig uitzicht naar de zee en zeer groot. Het parkeren was niet echt een fijn. Onze parkeerplaats lag erg diep en ik moest twee keer steken voordat je goed kon staan. De eigenaresse spreekt alleen Frans en communiceren was alleen mogelijk via Google Translate Was niet echt een succes. Ik hoop dat ze nog een keer de Engelse taal gaat leren. Dat is echt een must voor het in en uitchecken

Bien situé terrasse agréable

15 minutes des plages et du centre à pieds, terrasse agréable, vue sur la ville et les iles. Matelas confortables. Propreté ok. Bon accueil et propriétaires à l'écoute. Très calme sur la terrasse peu dérangés par les voisins. Une climatisation même mobile serait un plus.

Erholsamer Urlaub in L`Estartit

Wir habe unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, Olga ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Die Räumlichkeiten waren so wie beschrieben, begeistert waren wir von der wunderschönen Terrasse. Für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Gehfähigkeit sind es wohl zu viele Stufen und das Haus liegt an einer steilen Straße. Wer öfter in Katalonien war kennt das sicher, für uns war es neu. Probleme hatten wir nur mit der sehr steilen Einfahrt zu dem PKW-Stellplatz

La maison est bien située 10 min a pieds de la mer, belle et grande terrasse avec une jolie vue qui est ombragée l'après-midi, endroit calme. Matelas confortables, wifi a disposition. Tous les équipements sont disponibles pour passer un bon séjour.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable. L'habitation est assez petite mais il y a une grande terrasse fleurie avec une jolie vue. La literie est top. Les propriétaires sont des gens charmants qui font tout pour rendre le séjour agréable.

Appartement et propriétaires très agréables

Olga a été très accueillante. L'appartement est superbe, avec sa grande terrasse ombragée avec vue sur la mer d'une part et sur les collines d'autres part. Les petit-déjeuner en compagnie des oiseaux étaient fort agréable.

Amazing place to stay . firstly .it's amazing views opening from terasa.. Second. Landlords explain everything.from how to put lights on to the best restaurants nearby. Nice accommodation . apartment got the wi-fi. Everything what you need to stay . Just to make coffee is four different types of machines. I had the best holidays. Sea site is in walking distance. On way back you should have little food stores. Estartit is lovely place for diving. If not .take the trip on bottom glass boat. Hope I gonna return here again.

Magnifique terrasse

Nous avons loué ce petit appartement en toute fin de saison, vacances de la Toussaint, quand l'Estartit est vidé de ses hordes de touristes. Il est très bien placé, à peine à l'écart du centre et au pied de la colline et de ses pinèdes. Un peu trop loin pour aller au port à pied avec tout l'équipement de plongée, mais avec la place de parking privée et la grande plage sur laquelle on peut stationner, c'est parfait. Par contre si on laisse tout le matériel sur place au club, l'aller retour à pied est très raisonnable et les soirées au restau, et apéros tapas à quelque dix minutes à peine. La terrasse est très grande avec un belle vue. A cette saison, au soleil uniquement le matin, mais avec de grands pins et un parasol pour l'été. L'appartement lui, est petit pour quatre si la météo contraint à y rester enfermé. Il est un peu vieillissant, mais le propriétaire prévoyait des travaux cet hiver. Le linge de maison est fourni, mais mériterait également d'être renouvelé. Nous avons eu un souci avec la chasse d'eau qui peinait à se remplir, mais la propriétaire, contactée par mail, a été très réactive. Elle nous a appelés, et envoyé des réparateurs immédiatement. Un séjour parfait grâce à un couple de propriétaires sympa et efficace.

Une vue magnifique

Nous avions réservé à l'Estartit par hasard et ensuite nous avons constaté que c'était une chance. C'est un petit port de pêche très calme en cette saison et bien situé pour visiter les alentours. Dans les restaurants les gens sont adorables et prennent le temps de discuter avec nous . L'appartement est très agréable avec une terrasse magnifique .

De très bonnes vacances

Très agréable séjour avec une superbe terrasse sur 2 niveaux. Elle était utilisée à tout moment de la journée du petit déjeuner au dîner. Nous avons apprécié tous les petits conseils du propriétaire. Nous avons pu profiter des environs d'Estartit et des magnifiques criques. À bientôt !

Quelle belle vue! Sensational view!

Nous avons passé une semaine splendide à L'Estartit. C'est une petite maison parfaite pour un couple. Le lit est bien confortable. Nous avons apprécié le grand nombre de chaînes de télévision dans plusieurs langues - rare dans les gites. Le Wifi est rapide. La douche est bonne. La cuisine est petite. Tout est d'une simplicité parfaite pour des vacances - on ne veut que de se lézarder sur la terrasse immense! Bien des restaurants assez près, tout comme les plages et les pistes cyclables. C'est vrai qu'il faut monter pour retourner 'chez nous' mais dès qu'on voit le bouganville en avant, tout va bien! A good spot for a relaxed holiday in this simple flat...good bed, adequate kitchen, multitude of TV channels, fast WiFi, good shower, brilliant deck with views over the town. Plenty of restaurants, beaches and bike tracks. Good daily exercise with the walk back from town but once you glimpse the Bougainvillia, you know you have won! Lea and Robert Smedley (72 and 77)

Sejour très agreable

Très bon séjour dans une maison charmante et très bien équipée. Un peu trop même le four est plein de matériel ! Toutes les chaînes françaises ce qui est rare en Espagne. Location en mars, nous avons mis un léger chauffage pour les soirées et c'était très confortable. Sejour très appreciable. Les propriétaires sont très arrangeants et charmants.

Terrasse et vue magnifique

Merci avant tout à l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, à leurs bons conseils. Magnifique terrasse avec une vue superbe qui n'a qu'un seul défaut : la boule au ventre de la quitter. C'est très bien ombragé et cela permet de vivre à l'extérieur du matin au soir. Nous étions avec nos deux grandes filles qui pouvaient être complètement autonomes autant pour le centre ville et ses nombreuses boutiques que pour la plage. (10 mn à pied). Une location très agréable et attachante que vous pouvez louer sans hésitation.

Excellent séjour!

Villa très agréable et bien équipée, tv avec chaines françaises et wifi. La terrasse est pleine de charme avec sa végétation et sa vue sur les îles de MEDES. C'est tout à fait conforme à la description. La période est propice au repos car il n'y a pas trop de monde mais tous les commerces sont ouverts. De belles balades sont accessibles à proximité qui vous mènent sur les hauteurs de L'Estartit ainsi que vers des calanques. Idéal pour promener nos chiennes. Nous y avons passé une semaine mais elle fût trop brève. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles, ils nous ont donné pas mal de conseils pour profiter au mieux. Pour résumer nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette maison et nous la recommandons vivement. Merci Mme et M MINGUEZ!

Très bon séjour à l'estartit Appartement conforme a la description et fonctionnel Très belle terrasse vue mer et à l'abris du soleil grâce au pain. Barbecue ne prenant pas,pas assez de prise d'air Centre à 15 min à pied. Vivant.nombreux commerce et activité Vacances dépaysantes et reposantes Seul bémol mais indépendant des propriétaire : des anglais bourrés faisant un boucant du diable dans une piscine avoisinante la veille du depart
