Welcome to this beautiful townhome in Carolina Beach. With three cozy bedrooms featuring two queen beds and two twin beds, there’s plenty of space for guests to relax. The one bathroom include both a shower and a bathtub and the other includes a shower, making it easy to refresh after a day of adventure. Enjoy the comfort of air conditioning and heating throughout the home, along with thoughtful touches like a hair dryer and iron. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or exploring nearby, this brilliant space offers a perfect retreat. After a hot day at the beach, enjoy the pool for a few hours or rinse off in the outdoor shower. Ready for dinner? Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, or enjoy the flattop outside. We’ll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out time is before 10:00 AM (if after 10:00 AM renter will be charged an extra day fee). Check-in is no earlier than 4pm. No pets allowed at any time. Fees will be charged.
Empty Trash: put in trash bin outside unit. Make sure all doors and windows are closed & locked . Make sure to lock door as you leave (press “lock” button on door). Turn off all lights.
Remove all food from fridge & cabinets that you brought in. Return parking passes(charges apply if not left).No animals allowed. If animal brought into property-reservation will be cancelled-no refund
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you have more than 2 cars you will need to public park extra cars, including golf carts.Put pass in cars-will be charged $25 per pass if not return
More than 6 guests(including children/infants)-renter will be charged a fee of $150 per guest per day.No pets allowed at any time.
Check out no later than 10:00 AM (renter will be charged a full extra day) Do not unplug internet (renter will be charged $100)

We are from Benson, NC and hope you enjoy our "Beach Blessing". We have worked extremely hard to make this a home away from home and leave your worries behind. We love being hosts because we love seeing others enjoy our beach home as much as we do.

This is the perfect place to relax. Enjoy coffee on the deck in the morning before spending the day at the beach. Enjoy the inviting pool after a long day at the beach. The flat top is a great addition to eat dinner at home. On a rainy day, enjoy the video games as well as board games.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique as you can have an ocean view without ocean front prices. We also have a pool that most properties do not have to relax after a long day at the beach. We also offer an outdoor shower. We offer 3 bedrooms and include accommodations for an infant/toddler such as a pack-n-play and high chair. Most appliances are included in kitchen as well as a washer and dryer to clean up after a day at the beach.
