The location is central to all town activities. There are excellent windows for sun from all angles and comfortable spaces.

Tulip time visit

Loved that it overlooked the light house and dunes. Even a glimpse of the sea! Beds were super comfortable and kitchen had what we needed. Thrilled to have enough living room space to sit for all of us! Just around the corner from many restaurants and lots of shops! Hope to come again!

Eine tolle Unterkunft, sehr zentral gelegen mit kurzem Wegen zum Strand sowie zu den Geschäften. Parken klappt prima, mit viel Glück sogar vor der Tür. Sehr netter Vermieter und stets sehr hilfsbereit.

Die Normierung für Treppen in den Niederlanden ist anders als in Deutschland. Die Treppen in diesem Haus sind nicht anders als in anderen niederländischen Häusern.

Urlaub, der keine Wünsche offen lässt

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war durchweg zuverlässig und sehr freundlich. So wurden wir auch empfangen. Die Wohnung ist für 5 Erwachsene geräumig genug, bei der modernen Einrichtung fehlt nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Kurz-Urlaub

Lage der FW o.k., man ist um die Ecke im Städtchen/Einkaufsstrasse/Restaurants & nah am Strand.FW eher für jüngere Leute, da die 2 Treppen, die in die 1. Etage (Schlafzimmer) & 2. Etage (Wohnzimmer/Küche, Balkon) führen, recht steil sind!! Im kleinen Bad keine Steckdose für den Föhn ! Im Schlafzimmer zur Straßenseite hin, reichen die Verdunkelungsvorhänge nicht bis auf den Boden, so dass das Straßenlaternenlicht einfällt. Die andern bd. Schlafräume nach hinten raus, waren o.k. Gute Küchenausstattung, allerdings muss man sich Spülmaschinentabs, Spüllappen, Geschirrtücher, Küchenhandtuch, ggf. Mülltüten (bei längerem Aufenthalt) selber mitbringen; hier keine Grundausstattung der FW. Schade!! Im Bad wäre noch ein Duschvorleger schön! Dusche aber toll groß, nur leider ohne Ablagen! Und das Bad wird nicht warm …Toll wäre, wenn Bettwäsche & Handtücher inklusive wären, ist hier nicht so!! Kennen wir so aber von vielen anderen FW. Ansonsten alles vorhanden, ein paar deutsche Bücher sowie 5 deutsche Sender am TV. Bushaltestelle um die Ecke am Leuchtturm für die Fahrt nach Alkmaar - prima!

Tolle Ferienwohnung über zwei Etagen in erster Reihe

Wir haben zu viert tolle Herbstferien in Egmond aan Zee verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen 1. und 2. Etage), mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 5 Betten. Das Inventar ist zwar alt, aber sehr gut gepflegt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und das Wohnzimmer gemütlich. Die Lage ist optimal, ganz kurzer Weg zum Strand und Innenstadt zum Einkaufen, mit trotzdem aber ganz ruhiger Mikrolage. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind reichlich direkt in vor der Wohnung und dem Boulevard zu finden (einen elektronischen Parkausweis kann man über den Vermieter beziehen).

Schöne, geräumige Wohnung mit tollem Balkon

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die geräumige und gemütliche Wohnung mit Balkon mit Blick auf Leuchtturm und Meer UND großer Terrasse mit Esstisch bot im Innen- und Außenbereich alle Möglichkeiten. Ein abschließbarer Stellplatz für unsere Räder war vorhanden ,man war fußläufig in wenigen Minuten sowohl in der Fußgängerzone als auch zum Sonnenuntergang am Leuchtturm oder Strand. Man kann schöne Radtouren machen, in einer guten Stunde ist man mit Rad bis Alkmaar und von dort mit dem Zug in Amsterdam. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war unkompliziert. Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Urlaub!

Schöne Unterkunft in Egmond

Wir waren als Familie unterwegs und hatten eine sehr gute Zeit. Die Wohnung teilt sich auf 2 Etagen auf und die Treppen sind recht steil, aber das war kein Problem. Aufteilung der Räume war gut und es war alles da, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist top! Es herrscht an einigen Stellen etwas Renovierungsstau, aber es gab keine großen Mängel. Eine schöne Unterkunft, die wir auch nochmal buchen würden!

Die Treppen sind Standard, wie in jedem Niederländischen Haus. Aufgrund eines Sturmschadens war ein Isolierglasfenster im zweiten Obergeschoss gesprungen. die Außenseite ist noch intakt. Im Hinblick auf die Privatsphäre meiner Gäste möchte ich während der Ferienzeit kein Gerüst für die zweite Etage bauen. Dies geschieht nach der Saison, wenn keine Gäste da sind

Ganz toller Urlaub

Die FeWo liegt zwischen den Dünen und dem gemütlichen Städtchen. Über 2 Etagen hat man man alles was man braucht. Wir fanden die große Dusche praktisch. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Highlight: Beim Essen aufs Meer, die Dünen und den Leuchturm gucken zu können. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Der Vermieter und der Putzmann waren auch super freundlich. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen. An der ein oder anderen Stelle ist Bedarf, aber das hat uns nicht gestört.

Schöne Lage direkt hinter der Düne am Leuchtturm, und fußläufig zum Strand und ins Städtchen. Das Wohnzimmer ist lichtdurchflutet mit zwei Fensterfronten und geräumiger 5 Personen.

Perfekte Lage und ser freundlicher Vermieterreundlicher Vermieter

Wir habe den Familienurlaub sehr genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral, aber es war trotzdem ruhig. Der große Wohn-Essbereich mit offener Küche ist lichtdurchflutet und sehr gemütlich: hier kann man sich nur wohlfühlen! Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wirklich eine tolle Wohnung!

Tolle Lage!

Die Ferienwohnung ist funktional eingerichtet, aber sicher nicht luxuriös… Es müsste dringend mal investiert werden, denn die Fenster schließen z.B. teilweise nicht richtig. Aber die Lage ist super und insgesamt hat es uns gut dort gefallen.

Leider kommt nicht jeder mit dem Schliessystem der Fenster zurecht, wie algemein an der Kuste aufgrund von Sand, Salz und Sturm. Erlebnis des Hauses. Jeder ist anders.
