'NOORDERSTEK' is a cozy holiday home located in a quiet street of Egmond aan Zee. On the ground floor are the living room with fireplace, digital TV, DVD and music installation. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and a washer-dryer. Also downstairs are the bathroom with w. c. and a double bedroom.
On the first floor are the remaining two double bedrooms with 4-single beds.
Through the two doors you get access to the private garden where you can relax in peace all day.
Next to the house there is a private parking lot that offers access to 3 cars.

Nice stay

Cosy house with everything you need. Great beds, kitchen furniture a little older but functioning. Nice big TV screen with Netflix, Disney etc. (important for our teenagers). Only very short distance to the beach and to the shops, restaurants, bakery and so on. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Car can be parked directly in front of the House

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht, windgeschüzter Terrasse und insgesamt sehr gemütlichem Ambiente.In einer ruhigen Straße gelegen ist trotzdem alles innerhalb von wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen, sei es der tolle Strand oder das schöne Ortszentrum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit guten Kissen und Matratzen. Schön ruhig, so dass man auch gut schlafen kann. Tolle Gegend und sehr netter Gastgeber. Kleines Manko: sehr knirschender und quietschender Boden vor dem rechten Zimmer oben auf der Ballustrade.

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub. Auch dank der Unterkunft. Es war alles da was man so braucht und sehr gepflegt. Wichtig: Die Betten / Matratzen waren sehr gut, haben gut geschlafen. Auch der Kontakt mit den Vermietern Top . Die Terrasse war sehr schön. Komplett geschlossen, so dass sich unser Hund frei bewegen konnte ohne das Grundstück verlassen zu können. Ideale Lage. Zum Strand, zu den Dünen und auch in den Ort zu den Geschäften, war es zu Fuß nur ein Katzensprung. Jederzeit gerne wieder .

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen in einem liebevoll weihnachtlich geschmückten Haus und haben mit 6 Erwachsenen tolle 6 Tage über Sylvester in Egmond verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, alles war sehr sauber. Wir konnten drei PKWs in der Einfahrt parken. Kurzer Weg bis zum Strand und in den Ortskern mit schönen Geschäften und vielen guten Restaurants. Im Sommer sitzt es sich gut im mediterran gestalteten Innenhof. Ein tolles Ferienhaus!

Wir waren jetzt zum Viertel mal hier. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Zum Strand in die Dünen oder auch in den Ort, alles zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben wieder für nächstens Jahr gebucht. Platz ist für vier Erwachsene plus Hund ausreichend.

Kurzurlaub Egmond aan Zee

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene, daher genug Platz für alle. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation unkompliziert. Das Ferienhaus ist direkt neben dem Haus des Vermieters. 1 Hausschlüssel. Die Parkplätze sind hintereinander für 3 Autos .In wenigen Minuten am Strand und in der Innenstadt. In Restaurant Burger Bestellung durchgebraten bestellen, ansonsten medium gemacht. Vegane Angebote in vielen Restaurants. Für Safe Nutzung werden 4 große Batterien benötigt. Ausstattung wie beschrieben, evtl. mitbringen: Ventilator; Aschenbecher für Außenbereich; Nudelzange; Verlängerungskabel; großen Topf (vorhandener für 1 Paket Spaghetti sehr klein). Alles in allem ein sehr ruhiger und erholsamer Urlaub.
