We were also happy to accommodate your one‑night stay, even though it’s shorter than our standard three‑night minimum. That said, we’re truly sorry for the disappointment with the hot tub. We understand how important that amenity was in choosing this property, especially being beachfront and overlooking the water. Unfortunately, the issue couldn’t be resolved during your short visit, and we apologize that the timing of check‑in and check‑out made it impossible for maintenance to address it while you were there.
