Your St. George Island adventure begins at this beautiful 3-bedroom home, 3 Full Bath Home. Beach gear provided (8 Beach Chairs, quality coolers, beach cart, towels.) The primary bedroom features 1 king bed and the 2 additional guest bedrooms each feature a queen bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests, along with a pull out sofa bed in the living room. With amenities like a fully equipped kitchen, premium toiletries, high quality linens, toys for the kids, laundry room with detergents supplied and a private pool, you'll feel right at home. Pool can be heated during the chillier months and chilled during the hot summer months. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom attached. Enjoy your mornings and evenings on the massive, covered porch while sipping coffee or a cocktail! We own the empty lot to the right making your stay that much more quiet and private! We think our place will help you experience everything Saint George Island has to offer, and we are so glad to share our little piece of Heaven with you! Pets welcome! ****GOLF CART AND ELECTRIC TRIKE AVAILABLE TO RENT UPON ARRIVAL IF NEEDED. $350 FOR WEEK FOR GOLF CART. $300 FOR WEEK FOR ELECTRIC TRIKE. OR $600 FOR WEEK FOR BOTH. If you could wash as many towels as possible incase we have guests coming, we would appreciate it!❤️ Please don’t use bleach or face wash products containing benzoyl peroxide as they will ruin them.

Fishing, lounging by the pool, playing bucket golf on the beach or showing our 14 year old and 6 year old that mom and dad still have the moves on the pickleball court…these are some of our favorite ways to spend the beautiful days on the island! We are so blessed to be able to share our home with you and hope you love it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

The quiet and privacy. After years of vacationing on the island, we decided to build a home. When this lot became available and we went to go look at it, it just had the “feel” to it. It’s “Old Florida” at its best. You can walk to beach. You can walk to the bay. It’s private with some greenery. It’s our dream.❤️

What makes this property unique

I was once a vacationing mom on the island renting homes for top dollar with border line necessities. I wanted The Repose at Seven One Seven to be different. When you come for a getaway here, our home is your home. We provide everything you need to have a comfortable vacation. I truly want guests to feel like someone went above and beyond for them during their week of rest and relaxation❤️
