Quiet holiday rental. This bright and welcoming, 54 m² non-smoking holiday rental on the 1st floor (top floor) accommodates 4 people. It is rated 4 stars according to the criteria of the German Tourism Association. The rooms feature cork flooring, roller shutters, and window screens. The holiday rental is also equipped for small children, with child-proof outlets, lockable windows in the twin bedroom, a stove guard, a high chair, a cot, and a changing pad. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a small reading nook, and a safe, as well as another bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a table set. The foot of the beds is open, and the beds have a comfortable height of 55 cm. Cotton bed linens are provided. In the living room, you’ll find a cosy seating area, satellite TV, a Blu-ray player, and internet radio. The kitchen-living room, complete with a dining area, a large kitchenette, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer, a stove, an oven, exhaust fan, microwave, electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster, coffee maker, pod coffee machine, food processor, and hand mixer. The shower and toilet are separate. There is a coat closet in the entryway. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Check-out is available between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Tourist tax: The Pfofeld municipal tourist tax of 1.50 EUR per person (ages 18 and up) per day will be charged additionally on-site. Pets are not allowed. A baby cot can be provided upon request (free of charge). Use of the washing machine and dryer by arrangement (4 EUR and 3 EUR, respectively). Laundry service charged as incurred. Grocery service: 20 EUR. Bed linens, hand towels, tea towels, children’s equipment, Wi-Fi, and a parking space on the property are provided free of charge.
