Nature lovers, as well as those who enjoy active pursuits (cycling, fishing, paddling, rowing, surfing, kitesurfing, hiking, stand-up paddleboarding, and ice skating in winter) can enjoy plenty of activities here. Our house is suitable for families, couples, seniors, working professionals, and, in some cases, people with allergies and those who use wheelchairs (please enquire). <br>Our house is easily accessible via the A31 highway.<br><br>Thanks to its perfect location on the edge of the village with unobstructed views of nature, its location at the end of a cul-de-sac with tall hedges separating it from neighbouring properties, the spacious, bright rooms, and the high-quality furnishings with attention to detail (see for yourself), nothing stands in the way of your relaxation.<br><br>Single-story living, a large single-car garage plus additional parking space, a large south-facing terrace with comfortable patio furniture, and a small, charming garden round out the complete package for your relaxing or active holiday.<br><br>Our detached bungalow<br>is situated on a 630 m² lot at the end of a cul-de-sac on the outskirts of town and features 100 m² of living space, divided into 3 spacious, bright rooms (2 bedrooms, 1 living room—all with exterior blinds), a fully equipped kitchen-diner, a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet, and an additional guest bathroom. <br><br>You can sleep in two bedrooms: <br>one with a double bed (180×200), a large closet, and a chest of drawers, <br>one with two single beds (90×200) and a closet,<br><br>In the living room, you’ll find a large sofa set, an extendable dining table for at least four people, a smart TV, and a small stereo system. <br>From the living room, you can access the south-facing terrace, which features patio furniture, a grill, a sunshade, and a garden (fenced and secluded).<br><br>The kitchen-dining area features another table with 4 chairs, a dishwasher, an induction stove with oven, a coffee maker (as well as an espresso maker and a French press), a toaster, and a kettle.
