Tip Top Empfehlung!

Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, mit allen Utensilien die man benötigt. Der Whirlpool ist genial. Die Vermieterin sehr freundlich, engagiert und zuverlässig. Alles sauber, herrlicher Blick auf das Meer. Keinerlei Geräusche von der Straße zu hören. Also sehr zu empfehlen. Mit dem Auto in 7 Minuten in Varazze.

Nicht rundherum zufrieden

Positiv: freundliche Vermieterin, guter Parkplatz, gute Betten, im Prinzip schöne Terrasse Contra: der Terrasse täten zwei Stunden Gartenarbeit gut; die Wohnung ist gut 2km vom Zentrum entfernt; die nahe gelegene Schnellstraße ist Tag und Nacht bei offenem Fenster nicht zu überhören; das Bettsofa in der Küche ist so breit, dass der Gefrierschrank nicht voll nutzbar ist; warum kostet der Hund extra, wenn es nicht mal einen Wassernapf gibt?

Fantastischer Meer Ausblick

S. ist eine freundliche unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Schön renoviert. Alles vorhanden wie beschrieben. Grosszügig Stauraum vorhanden. Zu 5. in der Wohnung, sind 2 Badezimmer sehr angenehm.  Der kleine Strand 400m weiter unten fand ich besonders schön zum baden. Bis ins Zentrum von Varazze läuft man entlang dem Meer (Veloweg) eine gute halbe Stunde. Trottinett/Velo mitnehmen. Keine Einkaufmöglichkeiten in der Nähe ausschliesslich im Zentrum von Varazze. Auto empfohlen. Ich würde wieder buchen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir waren 7 Nächte dort und sind sehr zufrieden gewesen. Saubere Unterkunft und ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Wir haben uns selbst versorgt und gekocht in die gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Zimmer sind groß und gemütlich, die Bäder verfügen über Duschen, WC und Haartrockner, Handtücher und große Duschtücher, Waschmaschine. Die Aussicht ist großartig egal um welche Tageszeit und man kann draussen essen bzw. grillen. Es gibt ein Kiesstrand mit eine Terasse wo man was trinken kann.

Die nahe Schnellstraße ist kaum zu hören und ermöglicht Ausflüge ins sehenswerte Hinterland. Varazze ist ein typischer Ferienort von dessen Trubel man jedoch nichts mitbekommt, wenn man nicht will. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.
