Ruhig und Zentral Gelegenes Apartment

Our basement apartment "Am Haullenbach" features a cosy living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a lovingly furnished bedroom, and a large bathroom with natural light and all the amenities! The apartment is in a quiet yet central location. The separate entrance is easily accessible via a small outdoor staircase (8 steps). Payment is due on-site in cash or in advance via bank transfer. A 20% deposit may be charged after booking. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Check-out is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Tourist tax: The tourist tax of 3.40 EUR per person/night will be charged additionally on-site. Discount: 2.38 EUR/night for guests staying in Bad Sassendorf for follow-up medical treatment. Exemptions: Children up to 14 years of age. Maximum amount: Charged for a maximum of 42 days of stay. If the maximum duration is exceeded, the municipality will issue a long-term spa pass retroactively from the start of the first day of the stay. The guest must pay the spa tax to the landlord upon arrival!

Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Alles mega sauber und gemütlich. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre ein Zugang zu einer Terrasse oder zum Garten schön.Ansonsten einfach sehr zu empfehlen für einen Kurzaufenthalt.
