Apartamento novo, em localização fantástica e com vista de mar

Pros: O apartamento bem equipado, cheirando a novo, com equipamentos e materiais TOP, cozinha muito funcional e excelentes WCs. Ar condicionado era excelente. O ter garagem para o carro foi muito util apesar de se ter cuidado na descida. A imagem do anuncio induz a expectativa de que a piscina era so partilhada entre o R/C e o 1ª ANDAR que nos alugámos, mas afinal é partilhada pelos quatro apartamentos. A água da piscina não estava vem tratada....... Como sugestão: 1) uma mesa de refeições que se pudesse colocar na sala ou na varanda , porque embora o balcão até bastante funcional para o pequeno almoco e refeições rapidas, não subsistui uma mesa para um jantar entre amigos ou familiares. 2) ter um jogo de almofadas "mais baixo/maleavel" Cons: A imagem do anuncio induz a expectativa de que a piscina era so partilhada entre o R/C e o 1ª ANDAR que nos alugámos, mas afinal é partilhada pelos quatro apartamentos. A água da piscina não estava vem tratada.......
