Welcome to Mountain Vista Hideaway, a 3-bedroom, 2-bath desert vacation home in Mesquite with a private backyard, sparkling pool and spa, and stunning mountain views. Relax in a peaceful residential setting designed for rest and connection. Perfect for families, couples, golfers, and friends, this getaway is minutes from Mesquite golf courses, hiking trails, casinos, and dining, offering the ideal base to unwind, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of the desert.

INDOOR SPACE-

Bedrooms – The home’s comfortable layout features three bedrooms with one primary en-suite. The home can comfortably accommodate six guests with five separate beds. There is an air mattress that can sleep an additional two guests. All bedrooms come with high-quality mattresses, cozy linens, and protective covers for a restful night after a day of fun.

Bathrooms - Each of our two bathrooms are stocked with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and more, so you can pack light.
• Primary En-Suite Bathroom: Double vanity, walk-in shower, and large closet.
• Guest Bathroom: Tub/shower combo

Kitchen – The fully equipped kitchen is designed for cooking and gathering at home, whether for a quick breakfast or a full family meal. It includes a complete set of cookware, bakeware, and grilling tools, along with pantry staples such as cooking oil, spices, ground coffee, K-cups, and more. Enjoy meals together with seating for six at the dining table and four additional seats at the kitchen island, making it easy for groups to dine, connect, and relax.

Living Room – Unwind in the spacious living area featuring a large sectional sofa that comfortably accommodates your group. Enjoy your favorite movies or shows on the big-screen TV, or simply relax and recharge after a day of exploring, golfing, or enjoying the desert sun.

OUTDOOR SPACE-

Outdoor Space – Step outside to your private backyard designed for relaxed desert living and effortless outdoor enjoyment. Take a dip in the clear pool, unwind in the hot tub, or lounge in one of several inviting seating areas made for sunbathing, conversation, or quiet relaxation. Multiple gathering spaces allow guests to spread out comfortably while still staying connected under the open sky with beautiful mountain views as a backdrop. The covered patio provides shaded comfort for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or evening drinks, while the outdoor grill makes it easy to enjoy casual cookouts and al fresco meals. From day to night, the space flows seamlessly into a resort-style outdoor experience.

Pool & Hot Tub Heating (Propane)
The pool and hot tub are heated using propane for guest comfort. Please note the hot tub is an in-ground unit integrated with the pool system, not a standalone continuously heated hot tub. It operates on-demand rather than always remaining heated.
Because heating costs vary by season, an additional daily fee applies and must be arranged at least 3 days in advance. These charges are handled outside of the initial reservation.

• Pool & Hot Tub Heating (shared system):
Winter: $150/day | Summer, Spring, & Fall: $100/day
• Hot Tub Only (when pool is not being heated):
Winter: $35/day | Summer, Spring, & Fall: $25/day

Hot tub heating is on-demand and can be activated when you are ready to use it.

Please note: the pool and hot tub cannot be heated simultaneously, as they share the same heating system. Guests may switch between them during their stay depending on usage.

PARKING - We offer free parking in our 3-car garage, driveway, and street parking. No parking in graveled areas. No enclosed trailer parking allowed. Reach out to us with any questions on this.


Our home and backyard (including pool and hot tub) are completely yours for your stay. There is a locked closet (in the hallway) and a closed-off space in the garage for cleaning supplies/restocking, etc. Please let us know if you need anything restocked during your stay.

Our co-hosts, J and Amy, live less than 5 minutes away and can help you whenever you need it. Please reach out on the message feed first. If they have not responded within 10 minutes, please give them a call. If there is an emergency or issues with your check-in code, please call them right away.

* Fees apply for heating the hot tub and/or pool.

* The home comfortably sleeps six guests, but eight can sleep with the provided air mattress.

*Security cameras have been placed in the front entry facing the street and in the garage. No cameras are present in any indoor or outdoor living area.

* Measures have been taken to ensure your safety.

*If a service animal is in the home, ABSOLUTELY NO PETS IN THE POOL!

* Please remove shoes. The asphalt residue, is very hard on the flooring, leaving a black dinge.

*Any guests or belongings brought onto the property outside of the original reservation are subject to an additional fee and/or removal from the property.

*Guest Limitations - The home and backyard amenities are for REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. If you have a need for a gathering, please contact co-hosts for prior approval. Fees may apply. This is not a property for friends/team members to come and swim or use the hot tub. Unregistered guests using or spending time in the property could result in removal of guests from the property.

* Please keep noise to a minimum in respect for our neighbors, especially outside. Quiet hours are 10:00PM-8:00 AM. If management is called out for a complaint, there will be a fee of $100.

Pool & Hot Tub -

***** Showering before using the HOT TUB is a must. Lotions, sweat, dirt, hair, etc. have caused the hot tub to be shut down for the next guests as it must be drained, re-treated, and re-heated. $300 fine if this should occur - $150 for tub restart and $150 for the next guest refund for lack hot tub availability for their stay. Thank you!

****Please apply sunscreen 30 minutes before entering the pool.

* * * *Follow pool and hot tub rules. PLEASE - NO DIVING!

* NO GLASS OR CERAMIC materials outside please. There are melamine dinnerware and glasses that can be used in the outdoor area. We want to ensure a safe walking space for bare feet.

*Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am.

*If young children are staying, please make sure the LOCK on the slider door is LOCKED at all times. There is an alarm with a bypass to ensure little ones safety The front door must be locked at all times as there is direct access to the pool. There is a locking gate for entry into the yard. This needs to be shut and locked at all times for the safety of all. We also have a state mandated, slider alarm to keep your children safe from the pool. There is a bypass to utilize so that you do not have to endure the very loud alarm. If you choose to remove the batteries during your stay, you are doing so at your won risk. Batteries should be re-installed before checkout.

TVs - The TVs are smart TVs. Feel free to sign into your accounts for use during your stay, but remember to sign out and leave the remotes in plain view at checkout.


CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS: 10:00 AM
1) Please make sure all items are removed from the pool and trash is picked up outside.
2) Locate garage door opener and place it on the kitchen counter.
3) Start one load of towels.
4) Load and start the dishwasher.
5) Sign out of Hulu/ Netflix, etc. on all TVs.
6) Locate all remotes and leave them in plain view in their respective rooms.
7) Please set AC/Heater unit to 80 in the summer, and 69 in the winter.
8) Lock all doors and windows.
9) A quick message letting J and Amy know you have checked out is very
helpful to housekeeping.
