We had such an amazing stay! This condo is truly in the perfect location, you’re close to several beautiful mountain towns, with so much to see and do just a short drive away. And the view from the balcony is absolutely incredible! It was one of our favorite parts of the entire stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back when the lake has recovered a little more from the drought because we can only imagine how gorgeous that view will be!The condo itself is beautiful, cozy, comfortable, and so thoughtfully put together. You can tell a lot of care went into every detail, from the decor and furnishings to the layout and little touches throughout the space. It truly felt like a mountain getaway and was the perfect place to relax and recharge.Zach and Shannon were also wonderful hosts. They were incredibly responsive and answered any questions we had right away, which made everything so easy from start to finish.We had such a wonderful time and honestly didn’t want to leave! Between the location, the incredible views, the beautiful condo, and the fantastic hosts, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We will absolutely be back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect Colorado mountain getaway!

So thoughtfully doneThe Eyrie is one of those places where you walk in and immediately realize how much thought went into creating the experience. The space is beautiful, warm, elevated and incredibly cozy, with spectacular views over Lake Dillon and the mountains.There were plenty of moments when we found ourselves saying, “Oh, they thought of that too!” Blackout blinds on every window, bedside chargers, bedroom fans, lamps everywhere for cozy lighting, extra blankets, a Bluetooth soundbar, ottomans for putting your feet up…the list goes on.And then there were the little luxuries: Quince bed linens (!!), a Nespresso and frother, and comfortable spaces to settle in and relax.This isn’t a generic vacation rental. The Eyrie feels like someone really considered how they wanted you to feel while you were there…. comfortable, cozy and cared for. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!Do: stop at Whole Foods across the street for provisions, but not before grabbing a delicious meal at Pure Foods in the same parking lot! The homemade mozzarella sticks are amazing!

Why they chose this property

Only 600 feet from the 55-mile long Summit bike path and another 50 feet to the shores of Dillon Reservoir where people drop in daily to paddle-board. In the winter, because of our proximity to I-70, it's only 10 minutes to Copper, 15 to Keystone, 20 to Breckenridge, 25 minutes to A-Basin and Loveland and only 30 minutes to Vail.

And then there's the views. This is the highest, most unobstructed views of Dillon, the 10-mile range, multiple 14ers and Frisco, that's available in the area.

If you like hiking, there's a hiking path right outside our doors, and multiple incredible and well-noted hikes within walking distance. Of every place we've looked, we've never seen a location like this.

What makes this property unique

You'll understand when you see our views. Even in our neighborhood, we have the highest and most unobstructed views of any unit because we are the top, corner unit. We've styled the unit in a mountain-modern finish that is both cozy and expansive. And the location simply can't be beat. You can literally walk out the door with a paddleboard or bike and be on the lake or on the greatest paved biking path in Colorado in mere feet. And finally, being close to I-70, every town and resort in Summit County is less than 30 minutes away.
