In August 2017, this luxurious holiday rental on Juist, located at Gräfin-Theda-Straße 9 near the beach and town centre, was completed and is particularly well-suited for families with children.
Welcome to the “Stranddüne” holiday rental in Haus Achterhus—enjoy your holiday and some well-deserved relaxation!
The ideal layout of this approximately 60-square-meter holiday rental, featuring two separate bedrooms, offers plenty of space for a family with children or two couples to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
In addition, the master bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV.
The “Stranddüne” holiday rental is tastefully and functionally furnished, so you can feel right at home even while on holiday.
The spacious living/dining area, with access to the terrace and an exclusive, fully equipped kitchen, allows you to cook stress-free even while on holiday and enjoy long evenings at the large kitchen table or on the terrace.
Our holiday rental is located on the ground floor, ensuring barrier-free access.
You have the option to book a linens package. The linens package includes: bed linens (including fitted sheets), 1 large towel (140 x 70 cm), and 1 hand towel (100 x 50 cm). The cost is 20.00 EUR per person, including VAT.

Unfortunately, a specific check-in time cannot be guaranteed on the islands. The property management team is doing its best to ensure you can check in starting at 4:00 PM. However, depending on the workload, delays may occur. Please be prepared for this upon arrival.
Booking Information
Images may show additional services, such as bed linens, towels, a grill, etc., some of which can only be added for a fee after the booking process is complete. If additional services are included in the rental price, they are explicitly described in the listing.
If pets are allowed in this holiday rental, this applies exclusively to dogs.
Some municipalities charge a visitor’s tax. This is not included in the booking price.
For arrivals within 5 days, we accept only payments via real-time bank transfer.

As we do every year, we spent a week on Juist this fall. We really love it here, and we’ve never stayed in such a great apartment as the “Stranddüne” in Achterhus before. The furnishings and amenities were top-notch! Everything was perfect! We’d love to come back!
