Martha's Cottage, Single Level....Direct Beach Access...pet friendly yard!!
Martha’s Cottage is a wonderful place for your family and friends to enjoy the beautiful Oregon Coast. Located on a low-bank oceanfront lot, it has one of the best views you will find.
Built all on one level for easy accessibility it has just 2 steps getting into the house. With a wall of windows facing the ocean you can relax in one of the swivel recliners inside of the house or on the outside wind-protected deck. This home features two bedrooms with queen beds and a third bedroom with twin beds. One of the queen bedrooms has French-doors leading to a street-side deck and courtyard, perfect for an early morning cup of coffee. There are two full baths with tub and showers, an open dining/living room with a gas fireplace, and galley style kitchen with a breakfast bar, all with full views of the ocean. There is an oceanfront-fenced yard, a two car attached garage, and easy public beach access just three houses to the south.
Located on the north end of town, you are just a short walk to the Chinook Winds Casino, and right in the middle of 7 miles of sandy walk-able beach…
